Cookie Awards will be voted on. Each patrol will vote on their cookie award - Voting ends 1/25/2025
Cookie tasting at the troop meeting. We will taste each variety of cookies for this year.
January 14
Initial cookie order due. A picture of the Cookie Order Form via email to troop2289@gmail.com. This allows time for troop cookie managers to finalize orders & initial order recognitions before the council deadline of 1/15. Cookies will be available on Tues, Feb 4th.
January 21
Digital Cookie opens. DC25 OPENS for girls! Mobile App, Direct Ship, eCards, & Girl Links Open. Parents will receive an invitation from noreply @ digitalcookie (dot) com beginning the week prior.

First troop orders due. Cookies available Tues, Feb 4. Order funds due Tues, Feb 18.

February 4
Delivery Day . Service Unit DEPOT Delivery! Adults can pick up initial & 1st troop cookie orders at the PUMC fire circle from 6:30 - 7:30.
February 7
Booth Sales begin! Sign up for booths in Trooptrack.
Troop 2nd cookies due. Cookies will be available Tues, Feb 18th. Order funds due Tues, Mar 4.
Cookie Jars sign ups open for the week ending Feb 9. Jars can be picked up on Sunday Feb 9. Sign up in Trooptrack.
February 11
Nailed It! A troop tradition! Parents create a cookie themed treat that the scouts must recreate. A wonderful night of sugared creativity!
February 18
Initial & 1st Troop order monies due. (First troop withdrawal to council is this week.)
Second orders will be ready for pick up. Initial cookie orders need to be paid in full before picking up second cookie orders.
February 21
Third cookie order due. Cookies will be available on Feb 25th. Order funds due March 11.
February 25
Third cookie orders ready for pick up. All prior orders must be paid in full prior to 3rd order being picked up.
March 4
Second order cookie money due
March 11
Any & All cookie monies due. (Second troop withdrawal to council is this week.)
**After this date, all orders in by Friday will be available on the following Tuesday - Thursday for pick up pending our troop's cupboard pick up date. After 3/11 orders must be paid in full on pick up.
March 26
FINAL Planned order for upcoming week is due by 11:30 pm. Cookies can be picked up the following Tues to Thurs TBD by stock on hand and cupboard pick up.
March 31
Cookie Sale Ends! Sales must be completed in Digital Cookie by this date to count for individual council awards.
April 5 & 6 May 9 - 10
Final booths if needed to sell off remaining inventory. Cookies sold on these dates will count towards troop incentives only.
April 7th
Cookie managers & leaders give an enthusiastic sigh of relief that cookie season is over!
