Can I just set up my own cookie booth?
No! Booths must be approved by council, coordinated by your Service Unit, and reserved for our troop in the cookie system. This allows all troops to have a fair opportunity at busier locations.
Why are the booths located where they are?
Area Service Unit Booth Coordinators build ongoing relationships with businesses that want to support local Girl Scouts. Many of our Service Unit booths have been in use for years and are based on connections from within our GS community. SU booth coordinators work hard to spread booths around in both location and timing so one area does not become over-saturated.
